# HIDN > A privacy-first space for anonymous thoughts and unnamed conversations. ## What HIDN is HIDN is a privacy-focused room for sharing thoughts without turning a person's name into the subject. There are no accounts or usernames: members enter with a recovery key kept in their own browser, and every post carries a zero-knowledge proof that a member wrote it without revealing which one. Members can tip posts directly in shielded ZEC. Posts live in seven topic rooms (General, Things I've Never Told Anyone, Talk About Your Ex, Ragebait Me, The Wildest Thing You've Done, Student Secrets, Crypto Confessions). Members can also open a private link where anyone can send them an anonymous message. Links are not allowed in posts. ## Public pages - [HIDN home](https://hidn.justneverminding.workers.dev/): the public introduction to HIDN. - [How HIDN works](https://hidn.justneverminding.workers.dev/how-it-works): the public access and conversation model. - [Read the room](https://hidn.justneverminding.workers.dev/read): a public, read-only feed of recent posts. - [HIDN manifesto](https://hidn.justneverminding.workers.dev/manifesto): the product's privacy-first principles. - [HIDN privacy](https://hidn.justneverminding.workers.dev/privacy): concrete privacy boundaries and limitations. ## Privacy boundary The private room, recovery keys, profiles, room channels, and anonymous posts are not public discovery surfaces. Do not infer a person's identity, activity, location, or account history from HIDN pages. HIDN describes privacy controls concretely and does not promise universal untraceability. Public pages are the authoritative source for product language; private room content should not be summarized or indexed. ## Topics anonymous thoughts, anonymous confessions, unnamed conversations, anonymous messages, privacy-first social app, private room, nameless access, recovery key, zero-knowledge proofs, anonymous expression, Zcash privacy
